We are a non-bank private lender, that has closed thousands of loans in the last 25 years.  We can close in most states with few exceptions.   

We fund up to $ 10,000,000 with a minimum loan amount of $ 100,000.  We have amortizations and terms to 30 years with rates ranging from 5’s to the 9’s for our core one and two programs and fund in most states.
